Rental bikes being abandoned everywhere, including in residential estates, is a very common sight nowadays. In my Bukit Timah landed housing estate, for example, these bikes are left indiscriminately on walking paths. I have informed the bike rental companies and the authorities, but the situation seems to be getting worse. LTA should consider fining the irresponsible bike users instead of the companies.
