The previous owner reaped a $1.67 million (148%) profit, having paid $1.13 million ($413 psf) for it 15 years ago. The profit is 6% a year. The transaction at the 999-year leasehold condo that was completed in 2000 was the most profitable deal for private non-landed residences sold in the week of Mar 20 to 27, according to URA caveat data as at Apr 3. At the freehold Clydesview in District 3, a 2,411 sqft unit fetched a $1.63 million (130%) profit on Mar 20. It was the second-most profitable deal in the week of Mar 20 to 27 and the highest profit achieved at the condo.
