As there were no bids, the property was withdrawn. This is the second time the house was put up for auction. The first time it went under the hammer was on Aug 29. The opening price then was $7.8 million. The property is now available for sale by private treaty. The freehold property, at 82 Sennett Ave, sits on an elevated site of 5,538 sqft and has a north-south orientation to minimise heat from the sun.
