Completed in 2008, the four-storey development occupies an estimated 45,344 sqft site, with a wide frontage of almost 65m. The freehold 30-unit condominium comprises a mix of two- to three-bedroom apartments and penthouses spanning from 1,238 to 3,692 sqft. It is zoned for residential use with a gross plot ratio of 1.4, under URA’s 2014 Master Plan.
