Tiong Seng Holdings has been awarded by Midtown Development Pte Ltd with a $130.5 million contract to develop a hotel at Club St. In an SGX filing, the construction firm revealed that the 20-storey hotel will feature restaurants and shops on the ground level, 19 storeys of hotel accommodation and a basement carpark.
