People infected by the coronavirus had visited two supermarkets in Pasir Ris a total of six times in the span of a week, MOH said on Fri. The two supermarkets are NTUC FairPrice at Pasir Ris West Plaza and Sheng Siong at Elias Mall. The infectious persons had visited Sheng Siong Supermarket at Elias Mall from 12.50pm to 1.50pm on Jan 29, from 1pm to 2pm on Feb 5 and from 1pm to 2pm on Feb 9. The infectious persons had also visited NTUC FairPrice at Pasir Ris West Plaza from 12.40pm to 1.40pm on Feb 3, from 9.40pm to 10.40pm on Feb 6 and from 1.10pm to 2.10pm on Feb 10. As a precautionary measure, persons who had been at these locations during the specified timings should monitor their health closely for 14 days from their date of visit, the ministry said.
