Located between One-North Gateway and Slim Barracks Rise, the 99-year leasehold project comprises two blocks of 13-storey and 15-storey residential flats with restaurants at the first storey. Specifically, it offers 165 residential units and six restaurant spaces. Apartment sizes range from 517 sqft for a one-bedroom with study to 1,410 sqft for the biggest four-bedroom premium unit. The one-bedroom with study is priced from $995,000, while a two-bedder goes from $1.288 million. The three-bedroom and four-bedroom units, on the other hand, are priced from 1.768 million and $2.288 million, respectively. “There is currently a strong demand for residential units in the one-north area, so the launch of this project comes at an opportune time.
